How are conference calls billed? Billing for conference calls starts when you call into our system to start the call, and it ends when the conference call ends. You’re billed per person on the call and for the minutes used during the call. That means if you have a 10 minute call with 5 people,  you'll be billed for 50 total minutes on the call. (Just think of it as Callers x Minutes = The final bill.) A couple things to note about conference calling: The limit for attendees on a conference call is 10, and this includes you as the main caller.  Grasshopper Conference Calling doesn't provide a way for callers to dial in to the conference. There is no conference bridge/ number. Charges are billed to the Harvard phone number. With Always-On, it would be the telephone number entered on the on-line request form. Family Group Conference A Family Group Conference (FGC) is a mediated formal meeting between family members and other officials such as social workers and police in regards to the care and protection or criminal offending of a child or adolescent. FGCs originated in New Zealand, and were originally used to allow social work practice to work with and not against Māori values and culture. The Children, Young Persons, and Their Families Act 1989 made them a central part of practice and services where serious decisions about children are to be made.
